Medicaid and Medicare Assistance

If you believe you may qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, we encourage you to explore enrollment options through the New York State of Health Marketplace or by contacting Suffolk County Department of Social Services. Assistance programs are available to help cover medical expenses, prescriptions, and preventive care for individuals and families who meet eligibility requirements.
